수 있게 하는 것 또한 앞으로 해결하여야 할 과제 가운데 하나이다. 재활 전문가는 장애인이나 그 보호자에게 컴퓨터 사용법을 지도하고, 그들의 컴퓨터 관련 욕구를 파악하고, 그들에게 컴퓨터와 그 관련 기기에 관한 정보를 두려워하는 경우가 있으므로 그 두려움 해소를 위한 현직 연수 기회가 제공되어야 하며(American Printing House for the Blind, 1993), 재활 전문가 양성 기관에서는 컴퓨터를 장애인 재활에 활용할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 전문가가 양성될 수 있도록 그 교육과정을 구성해야 할 것이다.
마지막으로, 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 그 교육적 활용을 모니터링하고, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어 개발.제작.판매 기관과 정보를 교환할 수 있는 단체나 기관의 설립 및 운영 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 왜냐하면 컴퓨터 하드웨어의 개발 속도와 소프트웨어의 제작 기술의 진보가 너무나 빠르고, 또한 새로운 주변기기가 날마다 새롭게 개발되므로 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 그 활용 방안을 모니터링할 단체나 기관이 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 단체나 기관에서는 이미 개발되었거나 새로 개발된 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 기능이나 구입 장소를 소개하고, 어떤 컴퓨터 주변 기기가 어떤 컴퓨터 하드웨어에 맞는지 알게 하는 등 장애인이나 그 보호자 또는 장애인 관련 전문가나 관련 서비스 제공자에게 컴퓨터 관련 정보, 금융지원 정보(Elder, 1993: Winston, 1993)등을 제공할 수 있어야 할 것이다.
