a-formaldehyde resin.
Urea-formaldehyde resin was synthesized from urea and formaldehyde by addition and condensation and cross-linking reaction. The reagent's pH and temperature must be accurate. But control was not exact. Therefore i thought that the error was occured at that point. And I was very sorry, because experiment's time was insufficient and we didn't react crosslinking.
(3)Condensation reaction
A condensation reaction (also known as a dehydration reaction or dehydration synthesis when water is lost) is a chemical reaction in which two molecules or moieties react and become covalently bonded to one another by the concurrent loss of a small molecule, often water, methanol, or a type of hydrogen halide such as HCl. It may be considered as the opposite of a hydrolysis reaction
(4)Addition reaction
An addition reaction, in chemistry, is in its simplest terms an organic reaction where two or more molecules combine to form a larger one.
There are two main types of polar addition reactions.
① Electrophilic addition
In Organic chemistry, an Electrophilic addition reaction is an addition reaction where, in a chemical compound, a pi bond is removed by the creation of two new covalent bonds. In Electrophilic addition reactions, common substrates have a carbon-carbon double bond or triple bond.
② Free radical addition
Addition reactions are limited to chemical compounds that have multiply-bonded atoms.
Molecules with carbon - carbon double bonds or triple bonds
Molecules with carbon - hetero double bonds like C=O or C=N
An addition reaction is the opposite of an elimination reaction.
