협정(SOFA)이란?
한국 내에 주둔하고 있는 미군의 법적 지위에 관한 한·미 양국간의 협정. 한미행정협정이라고도 불리며, 약칭 한미 SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement)라고도 함.
정식 명칭은 ‘대한민국과 아메리카 합중국 간의 상호방위조약
