Introduction
In the contemporary society, many women pursue the image of ideal beauty to attract them to people. For which reason, plastic surgery industry is getting expanded fiercely without barriers and boarder. Actually, expanding and developing specific industry can make numerous synergy effects to society. However, according to aesthetic journal in Europe, this trend is spreading to all over the world rapidly, especially in Western Europe, North America and some part of East Asia. In turn, it makes remarkable socio-cultural damaging to these societies. Committing to lose weight for thinness and diverse side-effects which are caused by having cosmetic surgery without wariness are best examples to explain situation.

General beauty concept is getting changed quickly through lots of countries and ethnic groups in the world. Western Europe, North America and Eastern Asia are not the exception of this trend. They are the head of changing beauty concept, which had been fixed for long time for 20 years. In the past, when women meet physical condition to give a birth, they had regarded as beautiful women for specific society; for instance, Venus of Valendorf shows what the concept of real beauty was in the past. On the contrary, now, concept is totally changed by mass-media; women try to be thinner and more beautiful like fascinating models or famous movie stars. I researched why this kind of trend can be a mainstream in these days through all cultural ethic groups in the world. In addition, this research paper will show difference of ways or methods to be beautiful for each ethic group such as Western Europeans, North Americans and Eastern Asia. Lastly, I will show evidences that cosmetic surgery industry is a controversy issue that makes costly profit
