ABSTRACT
The Change of blood CPK and LDH of Capsaicin and Perilla oil fed Rat after Swimming training
Chang, Seok-Am Choi, Yong-Eo
This study examined the change of blood CPK and LDH concentration after 4 weeks of experiments on ninety rats, capsaicin and perilla oil fed rat non-exercise and swimming training. Sprague Dawly male rats(170.4±2.07g) were divided into nine groups, a commercial nonpurified(protein 22.1%, fat 3.5% carbohydrate and minerals 74.45%) feed(Control), 50㎕ perilla oil with the feed and non-exercise(50PFNE), 100㎕ perilla oil with the feed and non-exercise(100PFNE), 50㎕ perilla oil with the feed and swimming(50PFS), 100㎕ perilla oil with the feed and swimming(100PFS), 50㎕ perilla oil and capsaicin with the feed and non-exercise(50PCFNE), 100㎕ perilla oil and capsaicin with the feed and non-exercise(100PCFNE), and 50㎕ perilla oil and capsaicin with the feed and swimming(50PCFS), 100㎕ perilla oil and 100㎕ capsaicin with the feed and swimming(100PCFS). The swimming groups were given with a swimming of 5 minutes warming up and a 5 minutes rest, and then 1 hour swimming 3 days per week. Mean and stand deviation(M±SD) and One Way ANOVA were used to record the results. The significant differences between the means were determined by Turkey post-hoc test. The level of significance was set at P<.05.
In the analysis of CPK concentration, All group\'s levels were increased than Control\'s . 50PCNE and all swimming group\'s levels were significantly(P<.05) increased than Control\'s. 100PFS\'s level was significantly(P<.01) increased than 100PFNE\'s. 50PCFNE\'s level was significantly(P<.01) increased than 50PFNES\'s.
In the analysis of LDH concentration, All group\'s levels were increased than Control\'s. All exercised groups were significantly(P<.01) increased than non-exercised group. 100PCFS\'s level was significantly(P<.01) decreased than 100PFS\'s.
The data indicated that perilla oil and capsaicin effected CPK and LDH concentration.
