6. Importing Agreement(수입대리점계약서)
This agreement is made between _______________________(hereinafter called “Principal”) and _______________________(hereinafter called ‘Agent’) in the Republic of Korea, the both parties hereto have agreed as follows：
⑴ Sales area
The “Agent” shall act as a (sole) sales agent for the “Principal” within the geographical area of the Republic of Korea as well as the area mutually agreed upon.
⑵ Sales products：
⑶The agent shall do its best to promote sales of above products and sales transactions should be confirmed in advance by the “Principal”.
