Our society has drastically changed and a number of women have been working outside the home. Mothers should be respected if they choose to work and supported in their choice if they want to get a job. A lot of women have to bring up children and go out to work at the same time without proper aid. Women are forced to make a choice between family and career. Although mothers’ role is very important, mothers also need to contribute to our society by getting jobs. We must adjust mentally to the double standards first of all, and mothers need sufficient assistances or concerns from the government as well as their husbands.
