Reporting and Change Control
The Project Manger is responsible for ensuring adequate information flow and documentation with the executive committee and department heads, and will submit a reporting plan for approval alongside the detailed execution plans.
All significant proposed changes to scope on this project must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager, who will evaluate them for project impact a nd submit them through me to the executive committee for final disposition.
Significant project alterations will involve a modification to this project charter and to planning document. This charter and all plan documents will contain a Version Number; when changes are made, the next Version Number will employee on the distribution list is responsible for ensuring that he or she is working with the most current version of charter and plans by checking version numbers and release dates. The Project Manager shall maintain a complete set of revisions and will supply current versions to all authorized staff upon request.
