Abstract
This study was initiated to understand why physical education and movement education for early childhood must do in kindergarten as a curriculum for early childhood. There were two different logics for justification of physical activity for early childhood represented by Extrinsic Justification and Intrinsic Justification.
A primary mental factor, pleasure and satisfaction, become important as a early childhood, individual human, is meaning giving into physical activity without interrelation with achievement of specific result,(physical fitness, height and weight, motor skill and good personality) or mental motive of early childhood to justify the value of early childhood activity of itself. The value of early childhood physical activity role don\'t be displayed exactly as it is intrinsic justification on the basis of the judgement of individual motive and as it is extrinsic justification derived as logic of human relation when I look at that on a point of view of action.
When the value of physical activity domain will be recognized as one of the public culture inheritance of human beings, and if a role of physical education and movement education for early childhood physical activity part in kindergarten would be respected with the value of itself.
Human beings have formed the early childhood physical-culture as it is a part of culture. Physical education and movement education for early childhood is certainly needed to be entered the young children into a course of basis of young children physical-culture and it would be the reason operating young children activity, like physical education and movement education for early childhood, in the kindergarten.
