d and evolved, well played by children who like complexity. Children pioneer only their play world, create diverse items, interested by greatly utilizing time and space. They help children to strengthen their muscle, to have creative thought and to have adaptive ability to coming future. And they enlarge creative ability in making materials for playing, pre-experience of adult in playing with others. These playing get children\'s EQ to develop and make them as driving force serving creative culture.
Second, on the basis of former works, I tried to newly classify children\'s plays on the criteria of seasons, materials for playing and place for playing. What make for children to play? The answer is ‘fun’. Such classification based of ‘factor of fun’ got to our universal comprehension. Plays begin with ‘fun of accompany’, ‘fun of non-reality’, ‘fun of preparing’. Three bases of fun and eight factors make more interesting are found. Eight factors are a fun of winning, a fun of mimicking, a fun of testing chance, a fun of Ilnix, a fun of chasing and chased, a fun of hiding and searching, a fun of making and an interest of looking.
Third, I criticize children\'s traditional plays which are been misusing now and propose alternatives conquering these problems. An insufficiency of time on playing and kind of plays prohibit children from fully playing. The fact that children\'s traditional plays are needed in education environment of public school. I claim that local teachers must have a chance for reeducation through training courses which nurture many specialists of plays.
Fourth, I develop the programs suitable for current children\'s situations by using eight factors which make plays interesting. Programs must help children have the public viewpoint of world, indicate the democratic ways of living, plant the productive and co-existential of viewpoint of world and are comprised of aids which get children to prepare next coming society.
Most of all, I extends out open and full humane education and applies plays which develop creativeness of children as like in public education. In training activity plays are stressed on learning nature, cooperating and combining with each others. In social education applicable plays are provided as full usage of space of public institutions by making playing box and explaining plays. In such working public institutions be used as good playing ground. Broadcasting program sets programs for entertainment, for education, for interval education and evolves the status form of children\'s traditional plays by applying to Korean broadcasting centered at imitation.
The usage plans of plays must be concrete and real. Adult must return time and space of plays to children. Institutional device must make children fairly play. To return plays to children is to plant a life. Parks on playing, Schools on playing, Camps on playing and Lessons for play, etc. must be institutionally programed and children must play with those programs anytime.
